I found the acupuncture was great for my sciatica. 2 sessions and it was gone. I had suffered for several years and when it was bad it kept me awake at night and was agony to drive with.

I suffered with sinus problems for over 10 years. Antibiotic after antibiotic! Got this allergy test done and followed the diet for 6 weeks and my problem was gone. I have now not had a sinus infection for over 2 years! I found the detailed diet advice that I was given made it simple to follow the diet. I also had to give up my perfume but this was a small price to pay!
