We had a major compacted blockage, I called out several plumbers and drainage companies and each time we were told this was a major problem and not for them. In any case, Gerald from Drain Master came within two hours of my call and three hours later he had the main drain to the whole industrial estate clear plus our drain leading into it completely clear. He removed plastic bag upon plastic bag in the main drain and after clearing the compacted waste in our drain he then removed more plastic bags.
