I have always had a problem with my hamstrings. I have torn both of them at least once. Recently I tore my right hamstring playing 5-a-side football. It was taking a while to heal and there was bruising in the area. So I went to see Rebecca (Metta Healing). She instantly put me at ease.
With the relaxing music in the background we firstly sat down to have a chat about my injury. She explained the technique she was going to use, namely Crystal Healing. She described it as being a very deep healing technique which can be used for both physical and emotional pain. After a few minutes I then laid on the plinth and Rebecca began the treatment.
As the technique suggests, Rebecca used various crystals to heal the area. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and I almost drifted off to asleep. I felt heat in the affected area and a tingling sensation, so I could really feel it was working. I felt a definite improvement in my hamstring after just one session and after my second healing the bruising had gone completely and the muscle was no longer tender.

Over the last two years I have visited Rebecca Singletonʼs Metta Healing on a number of occasions for treatment on sports related injuries. I have found the Reiki Treatment which I received to be very instrumental in my recovery from my injuries, in particular a back related injury plus a hamstring injury. On the run up to Christmas I was suffering from back pain which was particularly bad when driving.
I decided to try alternative solution having successfully had reiki treatments for stress I decided on Reiki for physical pain. On entering the treatment room I was made feel at ease and work began on my lower back. Crystals were placed around the effected area and I felt heat in the lower back and a sensation that the pain was being pulled out of my back. Throughout the entire one hour treatment I had my eyes closed and was in a state of deep relaxation. At the end of the session I was told that the pain may not leave for another day. On the drive home I noticed minor an improvement but the next day the pain had totally left me. I would highly recommend Reiki as an enjoyable and relaxing treatment with Rebecca.
