Based in both Dublin South and Dublin West, Pilates for Life Ireland is owned and managed by fully qualified Pilates Instructor, Linda de Courcy
Pilates for Life Ireland provides:
- Morning and evening group classes at St.Patrick’s Church, Dalkey, Co. Dublin.
- Dublin West Classes at Newlands Manor Park, Green Isle, Dublin 22.
Individual classes are also available for those that prefer a one to one session and are recommended for people who may be recovering from illness or injury. Linda is more that happy to arrange a time and location to suit you.
Pilates is also a great form of exercise for mum's to be. It can be maintained throughout the whole pregnancy and is a great way to assist in toning those post-natal tummy muscles.
The objective of Pilates is to develop a body that operates effectively and efficiently for daily life using gentle resistance to improve muscular strength especially in the core areas.
Regular sessions will also reduce tension and pain along the spinal column, assist in relieving stress levels and improve posture and coordination.
Pilates is a great addition to your regular workout and may even help improve your golf or tennis swing!!
