The Lemonstreet Gallery, Dublin 2 offers a full service to organisations or individuals who may not have considered art in the workplace or at home due to the perceived expense, hassle or lack of expertise.
We can arrange site visits and presentations from our artwork range and can measure your clients' wall space and supply visual proposals to help reach the most appropiate solution.
Working in collaboration with you, The Lemonstreet Gallery will discover what style is compatible with your clients' taste and what finish matches their budget.
Framing and Installation:-
Once the most suitable frame has been selected, a specialist framer who offers museum quality framing at extremely competitive prices will professionally frame art work. The Lemonstreet Gallery also offer a hanging service, which is carried out by the art gallery staff who ensure that each installation is perfect!
Commissions:-
Certain spaces may of course be more suitable to other art forms, such as sculpture or paintings on canvas. The Lemonstreet Gallery can recommend and source work in media other than print and, where required, artists will be asked to create special art commissions.
Leasing:-
The Lemonstreet Gallery offer a leasing service which gives complete flexibilty at a reasonable price. Leasing is offered in terms of twelve or twenty-four months, of which the minimum pre-VAT value must be €7000.
12 month lease:
Lease rate of €37 per €1000 (pre-VAT price of work) per month plus VAT @ 21%. At the end of the lease period the lessee may purchase the work outright for 75% of the original list price.
24 month lease:
Lease rate of €28 per €1000 (pre-VAT price of work) per month plus VAT @ 21%. At the end of the lease period the lessee may purchase the work oitright for 60% of the original list price.
