Broadband Seminar in Tralee

The main Internet Service Providers in Kerry will meet in Tralee next week to discuss the ongoing problems in the rollout of broadband in Kerry.

This Seminar is being organised by Deputy Jimmy Desnihan (FG) and is being held at the Carlton Hotel Tralee on Monday May 10th at 8pm. The broadband providers in Kerry will make presentations about their current broadband offering to customers in Kerry at present and about their future plans for broadband in the County including current difficulties in improving the current level of service available. Many foreign companies and local start up companies require fast realible broadband in order to compete on the International stage and currently the broadband available here falls well short of many EU countries, this leaves Kerry businesses at huge competitive disadvantage and is a great concern to all companies that need every available business tool to help in growing their business.

Among the speakers will be our very own Paul Doolin of Kerry Broadband which provides my own broadband and must say that im very happy with.
