Ideas for Fathers Day in Kerry

With Fathers Day on this coming Sunday, June 20th and you are wondering what go get or do for your beloved Father I thought I would throw out a few ideas. Fathers Day takes place on the third Sunday of June every year as it is in many countries. It is celebrated with much joy and enthusiasm by many people.

Here in the wonderful Kerry there is so much to do on any given Sunday so why not make the most of Fathers Day and do something special. For a start why not treat him to something nice to wear for the day, Ryle Menswear in Tralee are giving 20% off all Hilfiger stock and they have some real classy gear that any Father would be delighted to wear. Why not treat him to a nice meal out, Sunday Lunches are very Reasonable these days, check out some great restaurants Here or you might like to have a BBQ at home for lunch and take him out for an evening meal. Terry's Butchers have great BBQ deals in store this time of year and pop into the Castle Off-Licence for a nice bottle of wine and a few cold beers!! Whatever you do make sure you make a little effort for your dad on Sunday.

We are spoilt for choice here in Kerry and there are lots of great places to go and see for the afternoon, check out our events page here to see whats happening around Kerry this weekend. Killarney, Dingle are two of the most beautiful places in Ireland so if not from any of these areas why not take a drive for the afternoon.
