New business initiative in Tralee - Go Tralee
Go Tralee is a fundraising initiative set up by the Tralee Chamber of Commerce to enhance and promote the town of Tralee. This is badly needed for Tralee especially with the bad publicity the town recieved recently in a certain National newspaper. Tralee is a great town for shopping with lots of major brands and great local businesses operating within the town. It is great to see businesses coming together and working together to help the overall economy of Tralee. With the variety of shops and other businesses now in Tralee, people have little need to go to the likes of Limerick and Cork for their shopping. Supporting the local economy helps in job creation and retention and spending money in locally owned businesses keeps money circulating on a local level. It is so important that local businesses see out this recession as it is local businesses that keep the economy afloat. Hopefully this initiative by Tralee Chamber of Commerce will be a great success and that businesses will see a return from it.
