Par Business Programme for SME's in Kerry

THREE Kerry business professionals have joined forces to launch an exciting new business training and mentoring programme.

Linda O’Mahony of CCTS Training Solutions, Maeve Barry of Maeve Barry Communications and Tom O’Leary of O’Leary & Associates have launched the innovative project which is geared at chief executives and managers in the Munster region and it will concentrate on all areas of sales, marketing and public relations within their companies.

The first PAR Business Programme will take place in the Malton Hotel Killarney on Thursday, May 13 from 9.30am to 5pm and it will involve a full-day workshop, 12 hours of mentoring for each individual over a three-month period and a follow up half-day workshop at the end of the three months.

The PAR Business Programme utilises three main concepts in developing a marketing and sales strategy for businesses – planning, action and results – and it focuses on achieving real tangible results for the programme participants through coaching over a three-month period. Tom O’Leary said CEOs and managers need to develop their skills in all areas of the business, even those areas like PR and marketing which they may have previously handed over to a colleague.
