The lead up to Halloween has begun and there are plenty of events happening and below are some taking place in and around Naas. 


 Halloween Happenings - 24th to 1st November

Lullymore Discovery and Heritage Park have a fun and spooky week laid out this Halloween. Starting from the 24th there will be Haunted Halograms, the Train of Terror and loads more spooky things happening on the grounds. Open daily from 10am till 6pm there are plenty of opportunities for you to come along. Every family entry will receive a complimentary trip on the Terror Train.

Halloween Hunt - 24th to 1st November

This Halloween the Kildare Maze re-opens for their fun and freaky Halloween Hunt. Come in your fancy dress and try catch the ghouls lurking about while enjoying some time carving your own pumkin. A great outing for the entire family. 

Halloween Brick Club – 28th

For a morning of imagination and creativity come along in your fancy dress and see what your child can make using Lego. Taking place in the Osprey Hotel, places are available for booking now at €17 per child.

Halloween Hip Hop – 29th

This is a great morning workshop for any little dancer you have in the house. They will be learning a routine to the iconic Thriller by Michael Jackson on the day with Shannon showing them their moves. All welcome but book your space by contacting Naas Library.

Pumpkin Carving Workshop 

This is a great workshop for children to learn how to carve a pumpkin right on time for Halloween. They will learn how to carve safely and creatively with Susan Boyle in Naas Library.

Halloween Spooktacular 

This is for the older children in the house as Naas Time Bar+Venue are holding their Under 18’s Haunted Spooktacular night. The venue will be transformed into a Haunted House for the night and there will be a prize for the Best Dressed so make your costume unique to scoop the prize. Tickets are on sale now and cost €16.

Halloween Race Night – 30th

For a Halloween evening with a difference come along to Newbridge Greyhound Stadium for a family fun filled night at the races all in aid of Allenwood GFC. Tickets are €10 per adult or €20 for a family ticket.

Halloween Lunchtime Concert - 31st

Come down to the Naas Farmers Market where there will be live music by Locoswing while you are picking up the best local produce from the area. Located in the courtyard of the Trax Brasserie, if you have yet to come down today would be the perfect time!

Spooky Halloween Afternoon

At Monread Shopping Centre there is a fun filled afternoon of Halloween games available for you to come down and enjoy with the kids.

Halloween Lunchtime Concert

At Naas Farmers Market 'Locoswing' will be returning for another afternoon of music for those browsing and shopping at the market. They will be playing live from 11.30am with everyone welcome to come down and have a dance along with the fab music.

Cancer Fundraiser

Once the little ones have finished trick or treating and are tucked up in bed why not pop down to the Glenroyal Hotel where the Route 66 Big Band will be playing in aid of The Little Way Cancer Support in Clane. Tickets are €10 and will be available on the door, a great cause and a great night to be had!

Family Fun Day - 1st November

Naas Racecourse are holding a fun day to wrap up the Halloween fun. Come along with the family for games, bouncy castles and petting farm all available on the day. Family ticket is available for €20 with a €10 betting voucher included.
