This years Arts Festival will take place in Naas and Sallins this June and the ‘Midsummer Arts Festival’ are seeking a diverse range of performing arts professionals, organisations, and community groups to submit your creative ideas and get involved.
Open to a wide range they are currently seeking traditional and emerging performing arts ranging from Theatre and Dance to Circus, Storytelling and everything in between to join in with this two day Festival. The festival is held to provide a platform where you can see both towns showcasing the vibrant creative talent available in Arts and Culture in Kildare.
Across both days you can expect to see a variety of events in venues and on the streets and canals of Naas and Sallins over the two days including: art workshops, storytelling, young peoples literary readings, art exhibitions, special one off site specific theatre performances, interactive canal walks, contemporary and traditional music, street performances, and lots more.
