Karen discusses her path into a career as a pastry chef, her influences, life in a male dominated industry and the interesting dynamic of working with largely Chinese chefs. Karen uses Asian flavours alongside Western ingredients to create mouth watering desserts that taste as good as they look.
As well as a wonderful selection of desserts Karen is known to produce knockout cakes for celebrations of every kind.
